This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refund requests are handled in connection with Grace Pantry, including the Grace Pantry mobile application, related premium features, and the Grace Pantry website available at  www.gracepantry.app

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using paid features of Grace Pantry, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy.


1. Overview

Grace Pantry is a digital product and service.

Because Grace Pantry provides:

  • digital app access
  • software features
  • premium functionality
  • in-app subscription services

there are generally no physical goods to return.

As a result, this policy focuses on:

  • subscription cancellation
  • billing questions
  • refund requests
  • access issues related to premium services

2. No Physical Returns

Grace Pantry does not sell physical products through the app itself.

Accordingly:

  • there are no physical returns to ship back
  • there is no warehouse return process
  • there are no product exchange procedures applicable to app subscriptions or digital access

If, in the future, physical goods are offered separately through a different service or website flow, a separate return policy may apply to those items.


3. App Store Purchases

If you subscribed to Grace Pantry Premium or made any in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store:

  • your purchase was processed by Apple
  • billing is handled by Apple
  • subscription management is handled through your Apple account
  • refund decisions for App Store purchases are generally made by Apple, not by Rugs to go, Inc.

This means that if you would like to request a refund for an App Store purchase, you should submit your request directly through Apple.

You can typically do this through Apple’s refund/request reporting tools or your Apple account purchase history.


4. Refund Requests for Apple Purchases

For purchases made through the Apple App Store:

  • we do not directly issue refunds for App Store charges
  • we cannot reverse Apple billing from our side
  • we cannot guarantee that Apple will approve any refund request

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, billed unexpectedly, or experienced a serious problem with your subscription purchase, you should contact Apple first.

You may also contact us at  info@gracepantry.app so we can help clarify:

  • what feature or entitlement should have been available
  • whether premium access was activated correctly
  • whether there may have been a technical issue affecting your access

However, the actual refund decision for App Store purchases remains subject to Apple’s policies and procedures.


5. Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active subscription through Apple, you may cancel it at any time through your Apple account settings.

Please note:

  • deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription
  • uninstalling Grace Pantry does not end billing by itself
  • cancellation must be completed through your Apple subscription settings

If you cancel:

  • your subscription will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • you typically will not lose access immediately unless Apple’s terms provide otherwise

We do not control Apple’s billing cycles or cancellation timing.


6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If Grace Pantry offers any:

  • free trials
  • introductory pricing
  • promotional subscription offers

those offers will be governed by the terms presented at the time of signup or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer:

  • free trials may automatically convert into paid subscriptions
  • promotional offers may renew at the standard rate after the promotional period ends
  • users are responsible for reviewing offer details before confirming purchase

If you do not wish to continue after a trial or offer period, you should cancel through Apple before the renewal date in accordance with Apple’s billing rules.

Refunds for trial conversions or promotional renewals are subject to Apple’s policies where the purchase was processed through Apple.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to platform rules, the following are generally non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law or Apple policy:

  • partial subscription periods already started
  • unused time remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation
  • failure to cancel before renewal
  • dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference after purchase
  • accidental failure to use the app after subscribing
  • deletion of the app without canceling the subscription

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.


8. Technical Issues and Premium Access Problems

If you purchased premium access and believe that:

  • premium features did not unlock correctly
  • the app is not recognizing your subscription
  • Restore Purchases is not working as expected
  • you were charged but access does not appear active

We may be able to help troubleshoot:

  • entitlement sync issues
  • restore purchase issues
  • app-side premium recognition problems
  • access state confusion

In such cases, we may ask you for information such as:

  • device type
  • iOS version
  • app version
  • date of purchase
  • subscription type
  • screenshots, if relevant

Please note that while we can help investigate access issues, we still may not be able to directly issue a refund for App Store purchases.


9. Purchases Made Outside the App Store

If Grace Pantry ever offers any digital products, memberships, or services for direct purchase outside the Apple App Store, different billing and refund rules may apply to those purchases.

If that happens:

  • the applicable terms will be stated at the point of purchase
  • this policy may be updated to reflect those new purchase methods

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, this policy is primarily intended for Grace Pantry purchases made through Apple’s App Store.


10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact Apple and your payment provider immediately.

Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us at    info@gracepantry.app  so we can help review whether the issue may be resolved more quickly through support.

Please note that chargebacks or payment disputes may affect your subscription status or access to premium features while the dispute is being reviewed.


11. Changes to Plans, Pricing, or Availability

We may change:

  • pricing
  • premium features
  • subscription structure
  • trial offers
  • plan availability

to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.

Any such changes will not retroactively guarantee refunds for past purchases unless required by applicable law or platform policy.


12. No Guarantee of Refund Approval

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Where purchases are made through Apple:

  • Apple reviews and decides refund requests under its own policies
  • we cannot guarantee Apple will issue a refund
  • we cannot override Apple’s decision from our side

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If the law in your jurisdiction gives you rights that differ from this policy, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.


14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time.

If we do:

  • we will revise the Effective Date above
  • the updated version will apply from the date it is posted, unless otherwise required by law

Your continued use of Grace Pantry after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
