Welcome to Grace Pantry.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
- the Grace Pantry website available at www.gracepantry.app
- any related pages, support content, and communications
- the Grace Pantry mobile application for iOS and Android, where applicable
Grace Pantry is provided by Rugs to go, Inc. (“Grace Pantry”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Grace Pantry.

1. About Grace Pantry
Grace Pantry is a household pantry management app designed to help users:
- organize household products
- track stock levels
- create shopping lists
- discover meal ideas based on available ingredients
- add products manually, by barcode scan, by product photo, or from shopping receipts
Grace Pantry is designed as a privacy-first experience. Pantry and household data is intended to be stored locally on the user’s device.

2. Eligibility
You may use Grace Pantry only if:
- you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction
- you use the service in compliance with these Terms and applicable law
If you are using Grace Pantry on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Website and App Use
You may use the Grace Pantry website and app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial household use, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You agree not to:
- misuse the website or app
- interfere with the normal operation of the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the service except as permitted by law
- use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or misleading manner
- upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material
- use Grace Pantry in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others

4. No Account Requirement
At this time, Grace Pantry may not require user account creation for core app use.
Where no account is required:
- your pantry data is stored locally on your device
- you are responsible for managing your own device access
- if you delete the app, reset your device, or lose your device, locally stored pantry data may also be lost unless separately backed up by your device tools
We are not responsible for loss of locally stored data resulting from device deletion, reset, damage, theft, or user actions.

5. Product Information, Recognition Features, and Suggestions
Grace Pantry may offer features such as:
- barcode scanning
- product photo recognition
- receipt import
- recipe suggestions
- inventory-based recommendations
These features are intended to assist you, but they may not always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
You understand and agree that:
- product recognition and receipt reading are automated assistance tools
- results may require user review and confirmation
- recipe suggestions are informational only
- you remain responsible for verifying products, ingredients, quantities, allergens, and suitability for your household
Grace Pantry does not guarantee:
- perfect barcode recognition
- perfect receipt parsing
- perfect product identification
- nutritional, dietary, allergy, or medical suitability
- ingredient availability or cooking outcomes

6. Local Storage and Limited External Processing
Grace Pantry is designed so that pantry and household data is stored locally on your device.
However, some features may temporarily require image analysis or external processing, including for example:
- receipt image analysis
- product photo recognition
By using these features, you understand that images you choose to submit for analysis may be processed temporarily to generate results.
We aim to minimize unnecessary data transfer and preserve the privacy-first nature of the product. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions, Premium Features, and Payments
Grace Pantry may offer free and premium features.
If premium subscriptions are available:
- payment may be processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system
- subscription terms, pricing, renewal, billing, and cancellation will be presented at the time of purchase
- subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s rules
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
Unless required by law or platform policy:
- payments are non-refundable
- subscription billing is handled by Apple, not directly by us
We reserve the right to modify premium features, pricing, trial structures, and plan availability in the future, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. App Store Terms
If you download Grace Pantry through the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge that:
- these Terms are between you and Rugs to go, Inc., not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for Grace Pantry or its content
- your use of the app must comply with the applicable App Store terms
To the extent these Terms are less restrictive than the App Store rules, the App Store rules will apply where required.

9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Grace Pantry, including the website, app, design, branding, text, graphics, icons, interfaces, code, features, and content, are owned by or licensed to Rugs to go, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:

- reproduce
- sell
- license
- create derivative works from
any part of Grace Pantry except as expressly permitted by us or by law.
“Grace Pantry”, its name, branding, logos, and related visual identity may not be used without prior written permission.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
